In the unlikely event that there is a problem, we will provide a free replacement pair of Waterproof Socks or Ultra Grip Gloves covered by our lifetime guarantee provided that:
- The product has failed due to a manufacturing defect
- The product has not suffered undue wear and tear
- You can provide us with your proof of purchase
We ask that all products purchased from Sealskinz.com are returned to us for testing and inspection prior to giving a refund or replacement.
For products purchased from a retailer, your first point of contact must be with them and you must provide proof of purchase.
All used faulty goods should be returned to us in a clean/fresh and dry washed condition before they can be processed.
