Returning Your Items
Once you have received your Sealskinz products and find you would like to return them for a refund, please note that we do require all goods to be returned with their original packaging, any tags that are attached and in an unworn condition - this excludes faulty goods.
If you were seeking an exchange then we advise to return for a refund and place a new order, as our warehouse in Canada is NOT able to process exchange requests.
Please send all returns using a traceable service and we will notify you within 30 days of sending your item that we are processing a refund or exchange.
- Sealskinz will not pay for or refund the cost of delivery for any returns.
- Any used 'faulty' goods must be returned to us in a clean/freshly and dry washed condition before they can be processed.
Products purchased from a retailer store should be returned to the place of purchase.
Our Refund Policy You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 30 working days of delivery of the products ordered - working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Orders for certain products may not be cancelled - these include: (a) products that have been clearly personalised; (b) products that are perishable; and (c) products if they have been worn or used in any way. If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation which were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
